TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner is an award-winning and highly concentrated toner that is hailed as “glass skin” in a bottle. It brightens your complexion, resulting in smooth and radiant skin, reminiscent of milk. Its formula combines Rice Bran Extract and Niacinamide, working together to improve uneven skin tone and enhance overall skin brightness. The toner features Hyaluronic Acid, ensuring deep hydration and preventing moisture loss, as well as Chamomile extract to add vitality to the skin and provide soothing relief.

For those with dry and dehydrated skin, it's recommended to layer the product at least twice onto the skin to maximise hydration. This product has undergone hypoallergenic testing, ensuring its suitability for all skin types.

How to use:

1. Apply after cleansing
2. Pour a small amount of toner onto hands or cotton pads
3. Pat gently into the skin if using hands. If using cotton pads, wipe your skin with them.
